You guys are lucky that Onstar took care of the Canadians by giving them free LTE upgrades. Here in the states, they want us to download the Guardian Application and use our phones if we need assistances which is ironic since I remember Onstar did a commercial years ago with Crash Test Dummies and a after a simulated crash, a phone got thrown violently backwards.
